" Can anyone remember when conservative Christian groups and conservative Republicans actually stood for something? Can you remember when millions of motivated conservative Christians stood as one for less government, tax reductions, and more freedom? Why, I can even remember when conservatives championed the elimination of at least five federal departments, scores of federal agencies, and massive cuts in federal spending. Treating our troops worse than dogs ... | |
" The Pentagon wants to cut the pay of its 148,000 U.S. troops in Iraq, who are already contending with guerrilla-style attacks, homesickness and 120-degree-plus heat. Unless Congress and President Bush take quick action when Congress returns after Labor Day, the uniformed Americans in Iraq and the 9,000 in Afghanistan will lose a pay increase approved last April of $75 a month in 'imminent danger pay' and $150 a month in 'family separation allowances.' " -- Troops face pay cut... -- | |
This is really evil. The Pentagon invites the enemy to attack our troops. It ignores the depleted uranium issues, denies adverse health affects of agent orange in Nam, Gulf War Syndrome and deadly vaccinations. It conducts secret tests of WMD effects upon our troops without their knowledge. It oversees a VA Hospital system that can not be called health care. It lies about the reason, length and nature of every war. It lies about the rotation periods. Then it turns around and cuts the pay to the troops! This would be funny if it weren't so tragic. Is the Pentagon wanting to create an armed revolt within its own ranks? Or, does it want to diminish the number of volunteers willing to join so it has a reason to reinstate the draft? | |

The Fragile American Infrastructure | |
" ... an outage at a Manhattan power plant ... destabilized the power grid as far as Canada, FERC spokesman Bryan Lee said. " -- Power Outage ... -- | |
Many things don't add up about 9-11. It's so easy to do major damage to the US by taking out the infrastructure, yet the 'terrorists' chose to miss the Three Mile Island nuclear power complex and hit three buildings instead. The failure of one Manhattan power plant takes down the Northeast grid. Water in the wrong wire closet will take down the Midwest's telecommunications. The terrorist attacks were not designed to do lasting or even significant harm to people and property. It was designed to incite the American citizens to go to war. In that, it was supremely successful, but who profited from that? Certainly not the terrorists. | |

" Miles and miles of downed high-voltage power lines. Cable tower after cable tower broken in exactly the same place. Too precise for airplanes or copters. Special forces or somebody must have systematically placed explosives on all of them. Is this why the lights are out in Baghdad? I don't know ... We found the smoke coming from the flattened skeleton of a U.S. Humvee, burning pathetically in the street ... We saw one American soldier evacuated ... The U.S. delayed his evacuation so that they could line up Bradleys in front of the photojournalists to prevent pictures from being taken of him. " -- Dispatch ... -- | |

Mel Gibson caves in to Jewish pressure! New Testament Bible in America being censored by Jews! | |
" Paul Lauer, marketing director for Gibson's Icon Productions company, said Gibson has edited the film to show more 'sympathetic' Jewish characters who were not calling for Jesus to be crucified. 'We believe we have softened the story compared to the way the Gospel has told it,' Lauer said in an interview. He pointed to Matthew 27:25, in which the Jewish mob calls for Jesus' blood 'to be on us and on our children.' 'That's in the Gospel,' he said. 'It's not in our film.' " -- Gibson Says He Has 'Softened' Crucifixion Story... -- | |
| |
" Gibson and company have clearly caved in to Jewish influence and demands and 'softened' the film, extracting scenes and circumstances which cast Jews in an unfavorable light, be it historically valid or not. Gibson started off as a true firebrand in this endeavor, with a passion for his 'passion' -- for him to be suddenly and skillfully nipped in the bud on this work of art must have more to do with mere money, public relations or civic minded-ness. No, it is clear, considering the atmosphere of our times, something far more disturbing in skullduggery is going on behind the scenes. Someone is likely being threatened with physical harm. There are times when one can just sense that something more is happening beyond the veil, and this is one of them. When people suddenly go coldly silent, when they hack off whole limbs of their statues, rewrite entire plays, find themselves on a blacklist... someone somewhere has been pushed into that corner of suffering extortion on a level no one should have to face. There are those who don't believe such power exists nor is wielded in this world. Those people are simply fools. " -- Up A River ... | |
Why isn't the ADL going after Arnold Schwarzenegger with his connections to Nazis??? Instead, they spend their time attacking Mel Gibson and his movie about Christ's crucifixion. Hmmm. Rather than promoting harmony and understanding between the religions, this type of pressure to alter the Gospel to make it acceptable to Jews is actually beginning to backfire in a very big way. Altering the Gospel will only fan the flames of disagreement between the Christians and Jews. Gibson should never have agreed to 'soften' the Gospel to accomodate the ADL and the radical agenda it represents. Christians and First Amendment advocates should persuade Mel Gibson to put the Gospel back into THE PASSION. | |

Who is Tom Delay Representing? | |
Photo on Majority Leader, Tom Delay's House Majority Leader website. | |
The national security interests of the US and Israel are not the same. Tom Delay's confusion over who he represents is illustrative of the foreign policy debacle now faced by the American people. The graphic of the Stars & Stripes merging with the Star of David over the US capitol is a clear indication that the leaders in Washington have lost all perspective of American heritage, American culture and American interests. Tom Delay's quote that 'the War On Terrorism depends on Israel's survival,' has more truth to it than first meets the eye. Were it not for Israel being where it is, the Middle East would have been much more serene over the last half century. No doubt the US would still be fighting for oil in the region, but there would have been much less bloodshed and much less hostility towards the United States for supporting the outsider in the neighborhood. | |

WMDs: US tried to plant WMDs, failed: whistleblower | |
----- Original Message -----
From: David Sadler To: politiks@yahoogroups.com Sent: Monday, April 28, 2003 10:17 AM Subject: Re: [politiks] Where are the WMDs? I have little doubt that at some point WMD will be found in Iraq. Why? 1) we and our allies sold them to him, 2) in spite of the growing circumstantial evidence that Gulf War I and twelve years of ensuing sanctions reduced or eradicated these weapons, the US/UK has too much at stake politically for them not to be found. Somewhere in Iraq, we are digging a hole, filling it with evidence and preparing a big media event to justify the war, just in case we find no legitimate Iraqi stash of contraband. | |
" Nelda Rogers, the Pentagon whistleblower, claims [a CIA plan to 'plant' WMDs inside Iraq] failed when the secret mission was mistakenly taken out by 'friendly fire.' ... Nelda Rogers is a 28-year veteran debriefer for the DoD... [According to Al Martin (Navy Lt Commander and 28-year veteran of the DoD), Ms Rogers is number two in the chain of command within this DoD special intelligence office. This is a ten-person debriefing unit within the central debriefing office for the DoD... The information that is being leaked out is information 'obtained while she was in Germany heading up the debriefing of returning service personnel, involved in intelligence work in Iraq for the DoD and/or the CIA.' according to Martin. According to Martin, Ms Rogers [said] there was a covert military operation that took place both preceding and during the hostilities in Iraq... that this particular covert operation team was manned by former military personnel and [that] 'the unit was paid through the Department of Agriculture in order to hide it.' The problem became evident when 'the operation in Iraq involved 100 people, all of whom apparently are now dead, having succumbed to so-called friendly fire. The scope of this operation included the penetration of the Central Bank of Iraq, other large commercial banks in Baghdad, the Iraqi National Museum and certain presidential palaces where monies and bullion were secreted.' [According to Martin], 'These people died, mostly in the same place in Baghdad, supposedly from a stray cruise missile or a combination of missiles and bombs that went astray ... There were supposedly 76 who died there and the other 24 died through a variety of friendly fire, mistaken identity and some of them their whereabouts are simply unknown.' 'Anti-Semitism': it's not what you think... | |
" 'Anti-Semitism' - that's a dirty word today. Anyone who indulges in it is a terrible person! It's a word to stop all criticism of a certain group. One must never be "Anti-Semitic: One can talk about a variety of subjects (in fact all subjects), but one must never talk against the "Semites," whoever they are! But here's a strange thing: no one really knows what "Anti-Semitism is. Do you know? Well, let's look at the word. " | |
The point of this short study is that the ADL's constant harping regarding 'anti-Semitism' is totally without merit because the Jews are not the Semites! I know this is a shock to 90% of the readers, but all you have to do is spend five minutes on the study below to understand this from a Biblical perspective. Five minutes will cause you to understand something the ADL hasn't understood since 1913. | |

'Positive progress in interfaith relations' at the expense of being Biblically correct is a price and compromise Christians should fear to make. 'Interfaith relations' is fine, but not at the expense of Biblical truth and principle. Christians who see the Jewish people as somehow special need to study their Bible. | |

Nearly half of the 697,000 Gulf War I Veterans are now ill and why over 200,000 of those servicemen/women have requested disability, but have received no adequate diagnosis or treatment, from either the Department of Defense (DOD), or Veterans Affairs. Though there have been over 125 studies done by the government at the cost of over $300,000,000 to the taxpayer, we still have no answers as to what caused so many of our soldiers to become ill. Meanwhile, the suffering veterans are receiving little, if any, medical treatment for this illness. " | |

First Amendment under attack | |
" Fascism and a police state don't come all at once, [they] come piece by piece. How far will we allow it go until we are all locked up in concentration camps? If we don't take matters into our own hands and do something about this now, then we are already prisoners of war. " -- Sherman Austin, webmaster of RaisetheFist, sentenced to one year in the Federal prison system for exercizing the First Amendment -- | |
I haven't read RaiseTheFist.com. I don't have to. I might agree or disagree with its philosophy, but that isn't the point. The point is the First Amendment is being attacked by our own government and 'private' organizations such as the ADL. The people arresting, prosecuting and sentencing Sherman Austin, webmaster of RaisetheFist.com, are the threat. They have violated their oath of office to protect and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. One does not have to read far in the Bill of Rights to find the First Amendment. It is either in force or it has been set aside by the government. I think its clear what the situation is. | |

ADL wants to censor the movies | |
Who cares what the ADL thinks? This organization is totally closed, unaccessible and unaccountable. When it says ... | |
" The Anti-Defamation League, founded in 1913, is the world's leading organization fighting anti-Semitism through programs and services that counteract hatred, prejudice and bigotry. " | |
... it really means ... | |
" The Anti-Defamation League, founded in 1913, is the world's leading organization attacking the First Amendment through programs and services that suppress, through fear and intimidation, freedom of thought, freedom of speech, freedom of association and freedom of research and open discussion of controversial issues. " | |
The fact is the Bible is quite clear about the Jewish role in Christ's death. The ADL simply doesn't like the New Testament. And whether the ADL likes it or not, there are hundreds of millions of people who read the Bible differently from the way the ADL interprets it. There are hundreds of millions of people world-wide who question the domestic and foreign policies of Israel. Among these people are many Jews living in Israel and Christians in America! | |
I would remind the ADL that Gibson's PASSION is only a movie. I'm sure the ADL would not complain if the movie depicted Christians as homophobes who object to homosexuality. | |
Perhaps the ADL should be more concerned about the racist laws being passed in Israel concerning marriage. Marriage is real life. The PASSION is a movie. | |
Be sure to read, 'Adversaries go inside ADL's spying operation.' This is a two-part series on the hidden workings of the Anti-Defamation League and how three Bay Area activists were able to uncover a spy operation that reached into the San Francisco Police Department. | |

" The destruction of all public records creates a lucrative business environment for US corporations, because the registry of public and private ownership has been destroyed. " -- Saad Kiryakos, Global Outlook, Summer-Fall 2003 -- | |
" ... Something is terribly wrong when US soldiers are ordered simply to watch vast ministries being burnt by mobs and do nothing about it... The looters come first. The arsonists turn up later, often in blue-and-white buses. I followed one after its passengers had set the Ministry of Trade on fire and it sped out of town. The official US line on all this is that the looting is revenge an explanation that is growing very thin and that the fires are started by "remnants of Saddam's regime", the same "criminal elements", no doubt, who feature in the marines' curfew orders. But people in Baghdad don't believe Saddam's former supporters are starting these fires. And neither do I. The looters make money from their rampages but the arsonists have to be paid. The passengers in those buses are clearly being directed to their targets. " -- Robert Fisk, The Guardian, 17 April 2003 -- | |

Federal Income Tax without basis in law | |
" On Friday, a Memphis federal jury acquitted FedEx pilot Vernice Kuglin of six counts of felony Tax Evasion and Willful Failure to File tax returns. Ms. Kuglin's attorneys, Tax Honesty Movement barristers Larry Becraft and Robert G. Bernhoft, told reporters that Kuglin was indicted seven months ago and had refused to plead the case out for a lesser sentence. During her testimony Kuglin testified that since 1995, she had sent numerous letters to the IRS requesting that they inform her of what law required her to pay the Individual Income Tax. To this day, she has not received an answer ... The jury returned not guilty verdicts on all counts ... After the jury had been excused the U.S. Attorney reportedly demanded that the Judge order the defendant to file her forms, pay her taxes and obey the law. The Judge reportedly replied 'Sir, I don't work for the IRS.' The case is: U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee (Memphis) # 03-CR-20111, USA v. Kuglin. " | |
" This is great news. As simple as it sounds, the first and most important thing is that the jury made the decision.
... and it really is this simple. I can show you the law that says if you make whiskey, you've got a tax to pay. I can source the statute and the regulations. I can show you the law that says if you have a truck and body shop in Puerto Rico, you've got to pay a tax. I can source the statute and the regulations. No one can show a statute or a regulation that says if you are a US Citizen living in American, you've got to pay a tax on your income. It's that simple. Obviously, this case was laid out in such a way that the jury saw this. Even the judge, when pressed by the prosecutor to "make her file her taxes and pay" was quoted as saying "I don't work for the IRS". I can see it as an important step in the evidenciary chain that the woman wrote to the IRS several times asking for the specific law, statute and regulation... and got no response. You would hope that ANY American, if given this evidence, would respond by saying: if you, Mr. Bureaucracy, can't even respond to the simplest question by a taxpayer... why do you think you can come into a court of law and prevail? This portends well for our freedom. " -- JPR -- | |
