ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, the Ron Paul presidential campaign calls on the Republican Party of Louisiana to count all the ballots submitted in the state’s January 22 caucus.

“The failure of the Louisiana GOP to properly determine who was and wasn’t eligible to vote threw this entire process into disarray,” said Ron Paul campaign manager Lew Moore. “The party needs to correct this mistake by counting all the votes immediately, and releasing the results.”

Due to mistakes by the Louisiana GOP, hundreds of voters were forced to file provisional ballots, including nearly 500 that could change the outcome of the election. According to party officials, caucus locations relied on a voter list from November 1, 2007 despite the fact that under caucus rules, voters must have registered Republican by November 30, 2007. The Louisiana Secretary of State reports that 2,709 Louisiana residents registered as Republican between November 1, 2007 and November 30, 2007.

In multiple instances on caucus day, state-certified Ron Paul delegates that were on the ballot were forced to file a provisional ballot despite the fact they were pre-approved as delegates.

The Louisiana State GOP also changed the rules at the last minute to allow other candidates to file more delegates. At the time of the original January 10 deadline, Ron Paul had the largest number of delegates pledged to him. The party then changed the rules to give other candidates until January 12 to file more delegates.

Take ten minutes to watch this test of a vote counting machine where 6 no votes and 2 yes votes are fed into it. The demonstrator confidently hits the button to get the vote tally. The results: 7 yes and 1 no. The demonstrator is shocked. Not me. This is what's happening to our elections and Ron Paul is the number one target in the presidential race on the GOP side.

Same old game I've watched for 14 long years when I became aware of fraud fraud. What message does that send to supporters? How can a candidate expect his ground troops to get out there and fight for every vote for him, if the candidate won't even make the effort to verify every vote has been counted fairly when there is evidence of vote tampering? MATTHEWS: So what accounts for Hillary Clinton's victory in New Hampshire? What we don't know is why the victory is so much different in fact, than the polling ahead of time, including what we call the Exit Polls were telling us. Obama was ahead in those polls by an average of 8 points, and even our own Exit Polls, taken as people came out of voting, showed him ahead. So what's going on here?

"The Iowa caucus is only a few days away and the nation's attention will be directed to the results, which signify the beginning of the U.S. presidential race. But does anyone watch who tallies the results of the Iowa caucus?

The grassroots plan in New Hampshire is pretty simple. Get as many bodies and cars into the little town of Goffstown, New Hampshire before/during/after the Fox Forum. The goal is small only 10,000 people.

Plans will morph with when the official campaign makes a statement about where their rally is going to take place.
